Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
We stand behind our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, most items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original ship date, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
· Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
· Proof of purchase is required.
· Certain items are non‑returnable (gift cards, final sale).
· Opened consumables may only be returned if defective or if we shipped the wrong item.
Non‑returnable/exceptions
· Perishables/consumables that have been opened or used (unless defective).
· Final sale items (as marked).
· Gift cards.
Start a return (RMA)
Email info@ybytuhealth.com with your order number, items, and reason for return. Returns without authorization may be refused.
Shipping your return
Use a trackable method and adequate packaging. Unless we made an error, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Refund method & timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Once processed on our side, banks and payment providers may take 3–10 business days to post funds.
Exchanges
If you need a different item or size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
Damaged/defective items
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide photos and your order number so we can evaluate and make it right (replacement, repair, or refund).

Restocking fees
We generally do not charge restocking fees. If an item is returned in non‑salable condition or without all components, a partial refund may apply.
International orders
International customers are responsible for duties/taxes and return shipping unless we made an error. Refunds exclude original duties/taxes paid.
